About Winston Park

History

Winston Park Homeowner Association is a Community located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Built by Centex Corp. in 1973, which also built Winston Towers on Miami Beach. Winston Park HOA is serving 1,481 single-family homes designed with six styles. This community is bounded by Sunset Drive on the North, SW 127th Avenue on the East, N. Kendall Drive on the South and FPL power lines (about 135th Avenue) on the west.

Turnover from Centex on August 1976. Winston Park HOA owns Winston Lake, a beautiful Club House located on 8100 SW 132 Ave, Miami, FL 33183 which includes 2 pools, 2 Playgrounds, 1 Gym, 1 BBQ patio, 2 Basketball courts, 1 Handball court, a Parking lot, 1 Adult Lounge, 1 Teen Room, 7 tennis Courts and the Administrative office. At present, Miami Management, Inc. as management company is in charge to run the facilities and take care of the common areas. Winston Park is an attractive community near to good public schools, shopping centers, Restaurants, Banks and Medical Centers. Thank you for being part of Winston Park Association.

Our Vision

Our Vision is to provide the Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout the state of Florida with the highest level of service utilizing our extensive accounting, management, technology, and customer service experience.

Our Philosophy

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association. Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.

Homeowners are required to observe the rules and regulations of the property as well as ensure their guests also follow the same. Homeowners are also encouraged to report any suspicious activity to management or security and to report any maintenance issues they may find around the property.
